About

Leah is the founder of Unstoppable Minds, a counselling practice built on the belief that people don’t need fixing—they just need the right support to reconnect with who they really are. With a calm, down-to-earth approach, Leah provides a space where people can be real, feel seen, and explore what’s holding them back without pressure or judgement.

Specialising in trauma-informed counselling, Leah offers a steady, respectful space where people can move at their own pace. She’s especially passionate about supporting those who are used to being “the strong ones”—the people who rarely ask for help but carry so much.

Because for Leah, counselling isn’t about labels or quick fixes.

It’s about coming home to yourself.

“This isn’t about fixing you—it’s about finding you.”

Leah brings over a decade of experience working alongside people navigating complex mental health, trauma, and disability-related challenges. She began her career in 2014 as a disability support worker, later moving into mental health support and psychosocial recovery coaching. Her work has always centred on human connection, safety, and the belief that people deserve to be met exactly as they are.

She holds a Diploma of Counselling, along with Certificate IV qualifications in Mental Health, Disability, and Alcohol and Other Drugs. Leah also draws deeply on her own lived experiences, which add another layer of empathy, honesty, and groundedness to her practice.

Her counselling approach includes Person-Centred Therapy, Strengths-Based Practice, and elements of Somatic Awareness and Psychoeducation. She also works with Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), gently supporting clients to explore the beliefs that shape how they see themselves and the world around them.
